Unlocked Experts
Every expert whose contact details you've unlocked, in one searchable list.
Every expert you spend a credit on lands here. It's the fastest way back to someone you've already paid for — no re-running the search, no wondering whether you already unlocked them.
Find it at Unlocked in the sidebar (G U), under Cases.

#Finding someone in the list
The search box filters by name or specialty as you type, matching against every specialty on the profile rather than just the headline one. It only appears once you've unlocked at least one expert.
Each card shows the expert's name, headline, location, when you unlocked them, and up to three specialties (with a "+N more" count beyond that). Click anywhere on a card to open their full profile.
#Outreach status
If you reached out to an expert who hadn't yet claimed their Exlitem profile, the card carries a status badge:
| Badge | What it means |
|---|---|
| Awaiting response | We've contacted them and are waiting. A sub-label counts down to the automatic refund — "Auto-refund in 12d" |
| Expert claimed | They've claimed their profile. Their details are live |
| Not available | They declined or aren't available |
| Credit refunded | The credit has been returned to your balance |
The countdown is the important one: if an unclaimed expert never responds, your credit comes back automatically. You don't need to ask.
