Jury Awards Robert Danbom $28.79M in Fire Truck Crash
A Los Angeles County jury found that a Los Angeles Fire Department driver negligently operated a fire truck while employed by the City of Los Angeles, causing a 2021 collision with motorcyclist Robert Danbom. The jury awarded Danbom $28,792,385, including $6,792,385 for future medical and life-care expenses and $22 million for past and future noneconomic losses.
