Jury Awards Levi Estates $105,000 in Unlawful Detainer Case
Levi Estates, LLC obtained a jury verdict against Kassahun Nigusa and Iman El Gaddari in a Los Angeles unlawful detainer case. The jury found that the Defendants failed to pay rent, that Levi Estates properly served the three-day notice, and that the Defendants did not cure the nonpayment. The jury awarded $72,000 in past-due rent and $33,000 in holdover damages. The Court awarded possession of the property.
