Worked with bankers to prepare marketing materials and confidential information memoranda including market and industry landscapes, financial analysis and valuations. Worked on industry landscape, financial analysis, competitor benchmarking using trading comparables and transaction comparables using databases such as FactSet, BamSEC, CapitalIQ, Mergermarket. Prepared reports and researched key trends about companies and industries for pitch materials for M&A and capital raising.
