Ronald L. Rosenberg Ronald L. Rosenberg is an American vocational expert, rehabilitation counselor, and psychologist. He has provided vocational economic evaluations and expert testimony in legal cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, and employment disputes. Education Rosenberg received his B.A. in Sociology magna cum laude from Boston University in 1969. He then earned an M.Ed. in Rehabilitation Counseling from Boston University in 1971. Rosenberg obtained his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from New York University in 1989, with a dissertation titled "An Exploratory Study of the Relationship of Social Background and a Set of Selected Career Development Variables to Current Social Status Attainment in Adult Working Males aged 21-40." He completed a clinical psychology internship at the Benjamin Rush Mental Health Center in Philadelphia from 1979 to 1980.
