She has worked as an Emergency Room Staff Nurse at Kaiser Permanente in Santa Rosa, California, since January 2018, and previously held the same position at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital from November 2015 to January 2018.
McCullum has also worked as a travel nurse in emergency rooms across the United States, including St. Joseph's Medical Center in Stockton, California; Hazel Hawkins Hospital in Hollister, California; Sunrise Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada; Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno, California; Southwestern Vermont Medical Center in Woodford, Vermont; Wilson Medical Center in Wilson, North Carolina; St. Vincent's Infirmary in Little Rock, Arkansas; University of Louisville Healthcare in Louisville, Kentucky; and Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany, Indiana.
