Curtis Kimball

Mr. Kimball's educational background is impressive, having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University. He holds the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute, as well as the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designations in business valuation and appraisal review and management from the American Society of Appraisers.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kimball has held prominent positions at renowned firms, including Willamette Management Associates, a nationally prominent valuation and financial analysis firm, where he served as a senior managing director. He has also worked with Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo) and Citizens & Southern Trust Company (now Bank of America), further solidifying his expertise in the banking and financial services industry.

Mr. Kimball's extensive experience encompasses valuing private company interests, restricted interests in public companies, intellectual properties, intangible assets, rights, claims, and investments for various purposes. He has appeared as an expert witness over seventy times, testifying in U.S. District Court, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, various state courts, and other alternative dispute resolution venues.
