Christy Full

Ms. Full holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Personnel and Human Services Counseling from Mount Saint Mary's University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame, where she was awarded a partial four-year academic scholarship. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Since 2016, Ms. Full has been providing expert witness consulting services to attorneys nationwide, lending her expertise to a diverse range of cases. Her consulting highlights include matters involving leave of absence, auto accident injury, workplace assault, sexual assault, return to work from on-the-job injury, wrongful termination, workplace violence, and death and long-term disability. These cases have required her to analyze factors such as interactive processes, negligent hiring and supervision, racial discrimination, substance abuse, disability accommodations, sexual harassment, performance management, security practices, and company policies and practices.

In addition to her expert witness work, Ms. Full has held leadership roles at various organizations, including Refinery, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing strategic initiatives, company operations, and executive leadership for a 160-employee entertainment advertising agency with employees in five countries. Her professional experience also includes positions at Walton Isaacson, Macerich, Craig Murray Productions/mOcean, and MetLife Investors Group, among others.
