### How it works? 01 ###### **Attorney posts request** Attorney posts request for a custom expert search (Concierge), an early case merit assessment or a medical chronology. 02 ###### **Exlitem presents partners** Based on the requirements, we present selected partners along with their fee schedules to the attorney. 03 ###### **Agreement Executed** Attorney selects a partner to work with. Both attorney and partner agree to Exlitem’s terms of service. 04 ###### **Attorney makes payment** Attorney makes payment for the work to Exlitem if partner requires retainer. Exlitem holds on to the payment till work is completed. 05 ###### **Partner completes work** Partner completes work to attorney’s satisfaction and generates invoice.
