Attorney posts request for a custom expert search (Concierge), an early case merit assessment or a medical chronology.

Exlitem presents partners

Based on the requirements, we present selected partners along with their fee schedules to the attorney.

Agreement Executed

Attorney selects a partner to work with. Both attorney and partner agree to Exlitem’s terms of service.

Attorney makes payment

Attorney makes payment for the work to Exlitem if partner requires retainer. Exlitem holds on to the payment till work is completed.

Partner completes work

Partner completes work to attorney’s satisfaction and generates invoice. Attorney confirms receipt and satisfaction.

Exlitem pays partner

Exlitem releases payment to partner.
