These included bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, scarring, and loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life. The attack also aggravated a previously existing condition. Fermon incurred expenses for hospitalization, medical and nursing care and treatment. She experienced loss of earnings and loss of ability to earn money. The complaint explicitly states that these losses are either permanent or continuing, and Fermon will continue to suffer these losses in the future.
