They challenged the Plaintiff’s standing to bring the suit, maintaining that only a properly interested party could do so. Invoking the statute of frauds, they argued that the claims were unenforceable due to the absence of a signed agreement as required by law. ## Verdict The Court entered final judgment for Humble Hustler Corp. against Invepa Properties LLC on Counts II and III, awarding $145,000 and $435,000 respectively, with post-judgment interest and attorney’s fees on Count III.
