The Hon. Zenita Nwabisi N Smythe

The Honourable Zenita Nwabisi N Smythe is an expert witness specialising in technology and computing, with a background spanning cybersecurity, software development, digital forensics, network architecture, data privacy, cloud computing, and emerging technologies. She holds a BSc Hons in Computer Studies and an HND in Computer Systems Engineering, underpinning both her theoretical knowledge and practical expertise. Smythe has served as a Computing Science Educator at Educate First from 2010 to 2024, delivering A-level and Level 4 computing units and running online classes for students preparing for external examinations. Prior to that, she worked as a Professional Computer Systems Examiner at ABMA (2018–2020), marking scripts for Computer Systems Engineering modules across levels 4, 5, and 6. Since 2025, she has been active as a Technology Expert with Just Answer LLC, providing remote solutions across software, networking, programming, email servers, e-commerce, and hardware. As an expert witness, Smythe is equipped to provide expert testimony in civil and criminal cases involving technology disputes, cybersecurity incidents, intellectual property matters, and compliance issues. She prepares detailed expert reports and affidavits, assists legal teams in understanding complex technical evidence, and maintains impartiality and ethical standards in all expert witness engagements.
