Mladen Prisic

Mladen Prisic is a Chicago-based transportation and logistics professional with 19 years of hands-on experience spanning carrier operations, asset-based fleet management, freight brokerage, and FMCSA compliance. Over the course of his career he has managed more than $80 million in freight and coordinated 60,000+ loads across multiple organizations, including a 12-year tenure as Director of Transportation at Foka Logistics, Inc., where he personally oversaw more than 40,000 full truckloads. He is the founder and President of M4 Transportation, Inc., an asset-based domestic carrier he built from the ground up, maintaining full accountability for safety, compliance, driver management, and financial operations. In addition to his operational career, Prisic serves as a Strategic Advisor to heavy-duty truck repair and body shop locations in the Chicago area and has advised FreightTech and AI product teams on real-world freight conditions and failure modes. He also supports venture capital and private equity firms with due diligence, market research, and portfolio company guidance in the transportation sector. Prisic provides expert witness and litigation support services involving freight charges, carrier payments, broker and carrier practices, transportation operations, and industry standards. He has provided expert analysis in Land O'Lakes, Inc. v. Gerber Logistics, LLC and holds an IRS Certified Volunteer Tax Preparer credential. He studied Civil Engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago and at the Università degli Studi dell'Aquila in Italy.
